This kid is going through the "I don't want to wear clothes" stage at just the wrong time of year! Frustrating that he knows how to remove them, too. He even took his diaper off after going to bed last night! I looked over in the middle of the night and was shocked to see his naked little bottom! Good thing he didn't wet the bed. There really are few things cuter than a naked baby, but this kid has no shame!
It's about time to potty train him. Probably has been for a while now. When he takes off a full diaper and puts it in the trash, and then runs around bare until he knows it's time to go again and then brings me a diaper to put on him, I'd say he's ready! We've not tried potty training anyone before 3 years old, mainly b/c it's just so easy then. Solomon may get trained at 30 months over Christmas vacation, which would be a help when Baby S arrives. Yesterday, during the Before Bedtime Potty Parade, he watched everyone, took off his diaper, sat on his little potty (really, we should all have a potty that sings to us and congratulates us, I think!) and said, "Pah EE!" He didn't go, but used toilet paper, first to wipe, and then to blow his nose! Silly kid!
