Farm House Renovation: Bathroom

 Bathroom Before
All fixtures (shower rod, toilet, cabinet & countertop, vanity light fixture, doors, curtains/rods, switchplate covers) and vinyl flooring removed (which also revealed termite damage, but thankfully the floor was still sound), walls and ceiling primed with oil based primer, ceiling has 2 coats of paint and walls one coat.
New vanity light fixture & shower rod installed, old mirror replaced (with new mirror clips)
Mahogany underlayment and vinyl floor installed, cabinet sanded, primed, painted, and reinstalled, countertop reinstalled, baseboards and doors reinstalled.
Toilet set, towel holders, and curtain rod installed (after move in date!)  Also, Lisa's shelf and mini-blinds installed here.  A funny:  The old toilet was fine as far as we knew--no leaks--but my husband said that he could not ask a man to sit on a toilet seat that wasn't elongated and feel as if he was loving his neighbor as himself.  So, the toilet is new, too.
Another post-move-in photo.  This photo shows the new toilet paper holder (matches the towel bar & rings), towel hook, and the new faucet for the sink (The old faucet was broken and would not turn off).
