I've probably bragged about Lisa's help with the farm house renovation enough to make most people gag. But really, it's just not often that someone says, "I want to come help you do your project, tackle all the tasks that will make your head hurt, and shave months off of the process, so that I can pay you rent." Really? Uh, okay! Anyhow, here's the lastest thing she did. The first photo is an idea she picked up off Pinterest. She thought that would be more useful for the space at the end of the dishwasher where there is about 6 inches of countertop still.
And here is day one of her putting that idea into fruition! Crazy, huh?!
She's got a friend who will give her a router to use to make the door front look like the rest of the cabinet doors, and there's extra cabinet paint from the rest of the renovation--I think an entire gallon unopened, even. There was extra beadboard, which made a fine end to the cabinet and can be painted to match the cabinets.
And there's still more beadboard, and here's her idea of what to do with that! Pretty cool, huh?
