Too Much Fun!

Apparently I had a little too much fun this weekend, and I'm paying for it with a little cold settling in. Hopefully I can knock it out with some rest. Today we return to the doctor so Samuel can get his ears re-checked and he can be cleared for swimming again. ** Samuel was not cleared for swimming. His ears are no longer infected, but still not clear, so he's to stay out for another week or two. He's not upset in the least by this news!

I took a couple pictures yesterday that are worth sharing. The first one is Solomon all dressed for church. He really did have all his clothes on! Samuel and Shiphrah are in the background, but you can't see them well.

The second picture was taken later in the day yesterday as the kiddos helped to decorate the tree. Daddy helped decorate this year, too! We didn't bother floofing out the branches this year, because some little people were too eager to get decorations on and some big people were tired! I don't think it looks too bad... :) You really can't tell now that it's fully decorated and all the lights are on! That little thing in Shiphrah's hair is a bun cover that my mom crocheted for me when I did ballet. I don't have any hair bows for Shiphrah in this color, and that worked beautifully. :) She's been asking me to fix her hair like Mrs. Ingles (Little House on the Prairie) lately!
