Yes, I know there are commercial egg washers that can be purchased, but they require the use of a bleach solution, don't teach character or attention to detail in the way that hand washing does, and they certainly aren't anywhere near as pretty! Our beautiful Shiphrah (in her pink and blue "outfit" --a favorite color combination of hers) takes her job very seriously. She washed 9 dozen eggs last night, without getting all wet, or needing to redo them after inspection, which is what we call progress! Great job, pretty girl! :)
